Photographic project in which I wanted to relate books of photography and sculpture, with stones from the protests in Chile in 2019, a social event known as “Social Outburst”.

On the one hand there is the soil that supports human existence in cities, then the book as a support for the history of photography and sculpture and finally the stone as a support for the social history of Chile. 

In this work it was necessary to proceed with photographic rigor, from the time of taking the photo, to the sensitivity of the film, all this with the intention that the image takes time to reveal the layers of information, each of its elements. There is a game of the stone being part of the image of the book and at the same time that the shadow reveals the presence of the stone. ​
